Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to SpecDox accounts, workspaces, integrations and hosted services.
Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful activities and content you are entitled to process. Respect repository permissions, intellectual property, privacy and the rights of other users. Choose integration scopes appropriate to the task and review agent actions.
Prohibited conduct
Do not steal credentials, obtain unauthorised access, distribute malware or unlawful content, infringe rights, harass people, disrupt service, circumvent plan limits or security controls, or expose another tenant’s data. Do not submit material whose processing is prohibited by your agreement or applicable law. Security testing of infrastructure requires prior written authorisation unless applicable law provides otherwise.
AI and publication
Do not instruct agents to carry out prohibited activity. You remain responsible for deciding whether output may be used, published or executed. Keep secrets out of prompts and published specifications. Workspace visibility and GitLab permissions determine who can read published content.
Reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse or security issues privately to hello@auroratech.ai. Include enough information to investigate without sending live secrets. We may investigate and proportionately restrict affected functionality under the Terms of Service. You may contact us to challenge an action or correct a mistake.
