• Terms of Service

  These terms govern SpecDox software and hosted services supplied by Aurora. Paddle sells paid subscriptions as merchant of record.

• Software Licence

  Commercial proprietary licence for SpecDox. Version 2026-11-02.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy

  Paddle handles payments and refund requests for paid SpecDox subscriptions.

• Acceptable Use Policy

  Applies to SpecDox accounts, workspaces, integrations and hosted services.

• Privacy Policy

  Applies to specdox.com, Aurora-operated SpecDox accounts and related support. Customer content processed on instruction is covered by the DPA.

• Cookie and Local Storage Policy

  Optional website analytics is off until you accept. Necessary product storage supports sign-in and your choices.

• Data Processing Agreement

  Contract terms for customer personal data processed by Aurora in an Aurora-hosted SpecDox deployment. The deployment schedule below must be completed and agreed before processing begins.

• Processing Roles and Subprocessors

  Aurora is the product supplier. The actual hosted deployment determines which external processors, locations and safeguards apply.
